BINGO!

Brrr!  The cold has finally hit Georgia!  By finally, I mean I was wearing flip flops on Christmas!

While we are freezing our butts off in 30 degree weather (go ahead and laugh at us now), it has been fun to return to school after the holidays.
I don't know about you, but after all of the activities and crafts from Christmas, January can be kind of a let down.
I was really feeling a little bored of my phonics curriculum and the students needed something more than just printables.
Enter in BINGO games!

They are fun and easy to play.  I printed off the bingo card in the morning and passed out some math maniuplatives to use as markers.

To avoid students asking if I called out a certain word, I made sure to write the words I called on the board.

It's great practice to read words with the skill we are learning about!
